According to Official Guinness Records,

The least non-driving time to cross the United States in an electric vehicle is 12 hr 48 min 19 sec, achieved by Rodney Hawk, Deena Mastracci and Carl Reese (all USA) in a Tesla Model S P85D electric vehicle that arrived in New York, NY, USA, on 19 April 2015.The record-breaking trio drove from Los Angeles to New York City.
