Youngest individual to win Most Valuable Player award of All-Star game

According to Official Guinness Records,

LeBron James is the youngest Most Valuable Player award winner of the NBA All-Star Game (21 years, 51 days), scoring 29 points and sparking a second-half comeback as the Eastern Conference rallied for a 122-120 victory over the Western Conference, in Houston, Texas, on 19 February 2006. Oscar Robertson (b. 24 November 1938) was the previous youngest winner in 1961 (22 years, 55 days). James is also the first member of the Cleveland Cavaliers (USA) to win All-Star MVP honors.
