Youngest player to score in a UEFA Champions League final

According to Official Guinness Records,

Patrick Kluivert (Netherlands, b. 1 July 1976) was 18 years 327 days old when he scored the only goal in the 1995 UEFA Champions League final, playing for Ajax (Netherlands) against AC Milan (Italy) at the Ernst Happel Stadium, Vienna, Austria, on 24 May 1995.
