Farthest run 24 hours ultra distance (female)

According to Official Guinness Records,

Patrycja Bereznowska (Poland) ran 259.990 kilometres (161.55 miles) in 24 hours at the 12th IAU 24 Hour World Championships in Belfast, UK, on 1–2 July 2017. It was the second time she had broken the 24-hour record that year, surpassing her distance of 256.272 kilometres (159.24 miles) at the 24 Hour Polish Championships in Łodź, Poland, on 8–9 April.As of January 2015, the International Association of Ultrarunners (IAU) no longer classifies World Best Performances by surface, creating a single combined list of fastest times.
