Farthest swim wearing handcuffs and leg irons

According to Official Guinness Records,

The furthest swim wearing handcuffs and leg irons is 3.071 km (3358 yd 1.44 ft) achieved by Gopal Kharvi (India), in Malpe, Udupi, India, on 1 December 2013.
The swim took place from St Mary’s Island to Malpe Beach and took 2 hr 43 min 35 sec to complete. The speed of currents was discounted as it flowed across and against the swimmer’s direction of travel.
