According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest time to frog jump (holding on to one’s toes) over 10 m (32 ft 9.6 in) is 8.22 sec set by Ashrita Furman (USA) at the Jamaica High School Track in Jamaica, New York, USA, on 7 November 2007.
