According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest time to pull a vehicle over a 20 metre course with meathooks in the back is 44 seconds and was achieved by Hannibal Helmurto (Germany) on the set of Lo Show dei Record in Rome, Italy, on 1 April 2010. The record was part of the Italian TV series "Lo Show dei Record".
