According to Official Guinness Records,

The most consecutive headstand push ups on one arm are 7 and were achieved by Yury Tikhonovich (Russia) on the set of Lo Show dei Record in Rome Italy, on 1 April 2010. The record was part of the Italian TV series "Lo Show dei Record".
