Fastest 50 m by string/can stilt walking

According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest 50 m on can and string stilts was 9.7 sec by Steven Bell (USA) in Cuero, Texas, USA, on 4 August 2010. The attempt was completed on a local athletics track, where Bell used string and canned chicken cans to break the previous record by more than 2.5 sec.
Bell was witnessed by pastor Glen R. Moore, Jr., and managing editor of The Cuero Record, Coy Slavik.
