Fastest car window opened by a dog

According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest time a dog has unwound a non-electric car window is 11.34 seconds and was achieved by Striker, a border collie owned and trained by Francis V. Gadassi (Hungary). The record was set on 1 September 2004 in Quebéc City, Canada. Striker used his paw and nose to perform the record attempt, and kept checking his progress on the way. The size of the car window is: 72.5 cm (28.5 in) in length and 42 cm (16.5 in) height. The handle is 12 cm (4.7 in) long.
