According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest circumnavigation by bicycle by a male is 78 days, 14 hr, 40 min and was achieved by Mark Beaumont (UK) starting and ending in Paris, France, from 2 July to 18 September 2017.The record attempt started and finished by the Arc de Triomphe in Paris and Mark cycled through 16 countries during his journey.
