Fastest fire fighting attack, Class A - CTIF

According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest completion of the CTIF's Fire Fighting Attack Class A competition is 28.5 seconds and was achieved by the Ebersegg fire brigade (Austria) at the 15th International Fire Brigade Competition in Mulhouse, France, on 19 July 2013.
The CTIF's "fire-fighting Olympics" take place every four years. This is the second time Ebersegg have won the title, having been victorious in the 1989 competition, and they defeated 80 other teams to win the 2013 Class A division. The Ebersegg fire brigade is stationed in a small valley near Steyr in Upper Austria.
