The fastest half marathon dressed as a chef (male) is 1 hr 34 min 53.5 sec and was achieved by Daniel Janetos (Canada) at the Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, on 22 October 2017.This was one of 13 records attempted at the 2017 Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon. Daniel broke the record for the "Fastest marathon dressed as a chef (male)" and the 2016 Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon.
