The fastest half marathon dressed as a doctor (male) is 1 hr 18 min 23 sec and was achieved by Chris Mason (UK) in London, UK, on 4 March 2018.Chris is a British intensive care doctor and ran holding a tracheostomy which is an item used often to assist patients on their recovery. This attempt took place at the Vitality Half Marathon.
