According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest half marathon pushing a triple pram (female) is 1 hr 47 min 32.4 sec and was achieved by Ashlee Eskelsen (USA) in Montgomery, Alabama, USA, on 10 March 2018.Ashlee wanted to break the record for personal achievement and to inspire others. Her three children (4, 2 and 4 months) in the pram for the duration of the race.
