According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest journey from Los Angeles to Honolulu (3,564.7 km;1,924.79 nautical miles) by yacht is 3 days 18 hours and 9 seconds, and was achieved by Renaud Laplanche (USA/France) and Ryan Breymaier (USA) between 15 and 19 July 2015.Renaud and Ryan, together with a crew of six, achieved their time in the 105 ft Trimaran 'Lending Club'. Their average speed was 24.61 knots.
