According to Official Guinness Records,
The fastest marathon dressed as Santa Claus is 2 hr 54 min 2 sec and was achieved by Brian Lang (USA) at the Philadelphia Marathon, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA, on 22 November 2015. In addition to his love of running and Christmas, Brian attempted this record to raise money for the Mighty Writers charity. He was able to raise $4,000 for the organization.
