Fastest marathon dribbling a basketball (female)

According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest marathon run while dribbling a basketball was 4 hr 28 min 11 sec by Marinella Satta (Italy) at the Giro D'Italia Run in Turin, Italy, on 28 February 2010. Satta finished 25th out of 38 competitors, the only one dribbling a basketball for the race.
The race was sanctioned by FIDAL, the Italian Athletics Federation.
