According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest marathon in full military uniform by a woman is 4 hr 54 min 15 sec and was achieved by Sophie Hilaire (USA) at the Philadelphia Marathon, Philadelphia, USA, on 22 November 2009.
Sophie was wearing military boots, helmet and body armour. She was running to raise money for American Veterans with Brain Injuries.
