According to Official Guinness Records,

Daryl Ehrlich (USA) attained a speed of 420.0 km/h (260.98 mi/h;226.78 knots) in the propeller-driven Problem Child at Firebird Raceway near Phoenix, Arizona, USA, on 22 November 2009. The Top Fuel Hydro boat, built by "Fast" Eddie Knox (USA) and Eddie Knox Racing, broke the record at the International Hot Boat Association (IHBA) NAPA Auto Parts World Finals.
