According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest 4 x 1,500 metres relay by a men's team is 14:22.22 and was achieved by Collins Cheboi, Silas Kiplagat, James Kiplagat Magut and Asbel Kiprop (all Kenya) at the T.Robinson Stadium, Nassau, The Bahamas on 25 May 2014.
