Fastest speed achieved on a gravity bike

According to Official Guinness Records,

Dwight Garland (USA) reached a speed of 103.03 km/h (64.02 mph) on a gravity bike on 26 September 1998.A gravity speed bike has a tubular steel chassis and runs on pneumatic racing slicks. The bike has front and rear brakes and a fairing to increase aerodynamic efficiency.
