According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest speed for a snowboard towed by a vehicle is 149.65 km/h and was achieved by Jamie Barrow (UK) in St Moritz, Switzerland, on 19 February 2018. Jamie attempted this record again so he could beat his own record whilst being towed by a Maserati Levante.
