Fastest speed women's sailing (500 m)

According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest sailing speed by a woman was 50.43 knots (93 km/h;58 mph), achieved by kitesurfer Charlotte Consorti (France) over 501 m the 2010 Lüderitz Speed Challenge in Lüderitz, Namibia, on 28 October 2010.Charlotte was the first woman to have exceeded 50 knots. The title was previously held by Sjoukje Bredenkamp (South Africa) with 45.20 knots (2008).
