According to Official Guinness Records,

The record for the fastest time for a dog to weave between 60 poles is 12.14 secs by Zinzan, a German Shepherd owned by Kobus Engelbrecht (UK) at the Wallingford agility show, Newbury, Berkshire, UK, on 23 April 2006.
