According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest time to break 5 glass bottles with one hand is 3.45 seconds and was achieved by Zhao Haihao (China), in Beijing, China, on 25 January 2016. Zhao Haihao is also the record holder for most glass bottles broken with the palm of one hand in 30 seconds.
