According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest time to complete the World Bog Snorkelling Triathlon is 2 hr 23 min 24 sec and was achieved by Daniel Bent (UK), at the 2010 World Bog Snorkelling Triathlon, Llanwrtyd Wells, United Kingdom, on 11 July 2010.
Daniel beat his own record by 22 seconds and his sister holds the female triathlon record.
