According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest time to drink one litre of gravy is 1 min 12.5 sec, and was achieved by Steven Ruppel (USA) at Ruppel Chiropractic in Wausau, Wisconsin, USA, on 25 April 2018. Steven decided to attempt this record because he likes gravy and can usually eat a lot of it. He used Campbell's chicken gravy from a can for the attempt.
