According to Official Guinness Records,
The fastest time to hang three strips of wallpaper by a team of two is 1 min 16.435 sec, achieved by Phil Burgess and Simon Whitaker (both UK), at the National Painting and Decorating Show, Ricoh Arena, Coventry, UK, on 16 November 2011.
Record attempts were held over the course of the two day expo. after two days of competition Burgess and Whitaker broke the previous record by 10 seconds.
