According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest time to push a car 50 m with a spear to the throat is 40.14 sec and was achieved by Sebastian Kopke a.k.a. Satu (Germany) on the set of 'Wir Holen Den Rekord Nach Deutschland' at Europa-Park in Rust, Germany, on 26 June 2013.
The vehicle used for the record attempt weighed 2,100 kg (4,629 lb 11.326 oz) plus the weight of the driver. The engine was switched off during the attempt.
