According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest time to row the length of the Thames by a team of two is 30 hr 51 min 47 sec and was achieved by Robert Maltby and David Mans (both UK) on the River Thames, UK, from 7 to 8 October 2017.The attempt managed to raise over £4,000 for the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Community Foundation (HIWCF).
