Fastest time to throw 10 knives around a human target

According to Official Guinness Records,

Dr David R. Adamovich (The Great Throwdini, USA) threw ten 14'' throwing knives around his partner, Target Girl Tina Nagy (USA), in 4.29 seconds, on the set of El Show Olímpico, in Mexico City, Mexico, on 29 July 2008.
Marco Frigatti and Mia Ruano adjudicated during the show.
