According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest time to twist 10 spoons is 27.37 seconds, achieved by Farhan Ayub (Pakistan) in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan, on 23 July 2018. Farhan is also the record holder for the most spoons twisted in one minute.
