According to Official Guinness Records,

The fastest time to type the alphabet with a mouth stick is 17.69 seconds, achieved by Vinod Kumar Chaudhary (India) in New Dehli India, on 27 April 2018. Vinod is the previous holder of this record from an attempt in May 2017.
