First clean coal power station

According to Official Guinness Records,

In September 2008, a new prototype power plant went online at The Schwarze Pumpe power station, Spremberg, Germany. It is the first in the world to use the CCS technique – carbon capture and storage, which means it captures the CO2 emissions produced from burning coal, preventing them from entering the atmosphere.
