First group to debut at No.1 with their first three albums (USA)

One Direction (UK) scored an unprecedented hat-trick of No.1 debuts on the Billboard 200 albums chart when Midnight Memories debuted in pole position with first-week sales of 546,000 on 14 December 2013. Following the chart-topping success of Up All Night and Take Me Home in 2012, One Direction are the only act in the history of the US albums chart to debut at the top with their first three releases.One Direction are the first group to reach No.1 with their first three albums since 1967.
