According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest game of Secret Santa consists of 1,463 participants and was achieved by Lexington Catholic High School and area middle schools (USA) in Lexington, Kentucky, USA, on 4 December 2013.
The following local middle schools participated in the record attempt organized by Lexington Catholic High School: Saint Agatha, Saint John, Saint Leo, Saints Peter and Paul, Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton and Mary, Queen of the Holy Rosary
