First jawbone transplant

According to Official Guinness Records,

A team of ten surgeons carried out an 11 hour operation to transplant a jawbone into an 80-year-old patient diagnosed with oral cancer at the Istituto Regina Elena, Rome, Italy on 16 January 2003.
