First NBA All-Star game

According to Official Guinness Records,

The first NBA All-Star game was played on 2 March 1951, between the Eastern All-Stars and the Western All-Stars (both USA), at Boston Garden, Boston, Massachusetts, USA. The Eastern All-Stars won the game 111 to 94. Boston Celtics star Ed Macauley was crowned MVP during the game, making him the first All-Star MVP.
