According to Official Guinness Records,

A relay team of 20 Finnish men swam a record 184.994 km (114.95 miles) in 24 hours at the Mäkelänrinteen Swimming Center, Helsinki, Finland on 16-17 September 2005.Markus Koskinen, Jarno Pihlava, Juha Lindfors, Janne Kalliala, Alpo Lahtinen, Jani Puhakka, John Lindholm, Mikko Sinisalo, Matti Mäki, Mika Varis, Sampo Sissala, Simo Selin, Jesse Hottinen, Sami Ukkonen, Tatu Huovilainen, Miikka Karhu, Jussi Svartström, Matti Rajakylä, Hans Wahlman and Reijo Hyvenen
