According to Official Guinness Records,

The greatest total distance rowed solo on the ocean is 43,459 km (27,004 miles;23,473 nautical miles) and was achieved by Erden Eruç (Turkey), who rowed his boat, Around-n-Over, around the world between 10 July 2007 and 27 May 2012.Erden holds multiple records for ocean rowing, including Farthest distance rowed in the Atlantic non-stop (solo), Longest solo row across an ocean and First person to row three oceans.
