According to Official Guinness Records,

The heaviest vehicle pulled over a 100 ft course is 99,060 kg (218,389 lbs 14.95 oz) and was achieved by Rev. Kevin Fast (Canada) in Cobourg, Ontario, Canada on 5 July 2017.Kevin Fast beat his previous record of 68,090 kg (150,112 lb 12 oz) in honour of Canada's 150th birthday.
