Heaviest weightlifting 58 kg clean & jerk (female)

According to Official Guinness Records,

The heaviest clean & jerk in the 58 kg category by a female athlete is 142 kg (313 lb), by Hsing-Chun Kuo (Chinese Taipei) at the 29th Summer Universiade in Taipei, Chinese Taipei, on 21 August 2017. She won gold with a combined total of 249 kg (548 lb), just 3 kg short of the world record.
