Highest altitude scuba dive

According to Official Guinness Records,

The highest altitude scuba dive is 6,382 m (20,938 ft 3.84 in) and was achieved by Ernő Tósoki (Hungary) at Ojos del Salado, in Chile, on 21 February 2016.Ojos de Salado is an active volcano, which may be ascended from either Argentina or Chile. Ernő dived into a permanent lake that exists on the volcano's eastern flank.
