According to Official Guinness Records,

FedEx (USA) is the world's largest carrier of air freight in the world, according to the International Air Transport Association (IATA). In 2004 the company flew 14,579 million freight tonne kilometres. Korean Air Lines (South Korea) is in second place with 8,264 million, and Lufthansa (Germany) is in third with 8,040 million.
