Largest arepa

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest arepa is 493.2 kilos and was achieved by HARINA P.A.N. part of Empresas Polar (Venezuela) in Caracas, Venezuela, on 23 March 2011.
The arepa used around 230 kilos of HARINA P.A.N. (corn flour) and 420 litres of water, the raw dough weighed 632 kilos but it lost 22% during cooking, which lasted 1 hour. The arepa was cooked in a giant "sandwich maker" operated by motors which cooked the arepa both on top and below. It was made in order to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of HARINA P.A.N. and was distributed to 2.800 employees of the company.
