According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest barefoot race on ice consisted of 361 participants and was achieved by Friesland Post (Netherlands), in Heerenveen, Netherlands, on 26 January 2013.
The length of the race was 1 km (3,280 ft 10.08 in) and was achieved in 13.36 min.
