According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest box of facial tissues measures 2 m (6 ft 56 in) x 3 m (9ft 84 in) x 6 m (19 ft 68 in) and was constructed by Forum Trabzon and unveiled at the GWR Live! Roadshow at Forum Trabzon, in Trabzon, Turkey, on 28 May 2010.
Dimensions: Height 2 m, width 3 m and length 6 m.
