Largest cassata siciliana

According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest cassata siciliana weighs 1,099 kg (2,422 lb 14 oz) and was made by Restaurant MIRO' (Italy), in Turin, Italy, on 27 November 2015.The cassata siciliana is a traditional sweet originating from Sicily. The ingredients included: ricotta cheese, sponge cake (eggs, flour and sugar), almond paste, chocolate and candied fruit. Nine people were involved in the preparation and the finished cake measured 32 cm (12.59 in) in height and had a diameter of 2.5 m (8.20 ft).
