According to Official Guinness Records,

The largest causa weighed 590.65 kg (1,302 lb 2.6 oz), achieved by Universidad San Ignacio Loyola S.A. and Universidad Nacional de San Antonio Abad del Cusco (both Peru), in Cusco, Peru, on 27 May 2018.It took the organizers six hours to prepare the causa and all food was distributed at the end of the attempt in less than two hours.
